Our Team

Pastor Robert is a native of Garner, NC and the founder of LIFT Community Church.  He started his journey in the ministry at the age of 20 and has served in the role of Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Marriage Ministry Director along with staying busy with frequent speaking engagements.

Pastor Robert is excited about this new chapter in his ministry.   

He graduated from Garner Senior High School in 1977 and studied at King’s Business College.  He has served faithfully in the ministry and now God has called him to plant a church where he grew up in Garner, NC. Pastor Robert lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife of 39 years; Vickie Sanders and they have two sons, Jamison and Jordan.
